Spiny lobsters are the special seafood available from now until March. These lobsters are a favorite due to their sweeter flavor profile and more meat compared to their Maine counterpart. You can see these uniquely Southern California creatures swimming in live saltwater tanks and enjoy them as part of the first of season program.
Guests at this restaurant can expect a unique seafood experience. They will have exclusive access to the Live Tanks and be fully immersed in the energy of the restaurant. They’ll meet with the Chef to get up close and personal with animals like the Wild Alaskan Live Red King Crab. This is a seafood experience like no other in Las Vegas.
The private space at this restaurant is intimate and located on the main level, making it easily transformable from completely private to highly visible. It is close to the exhibition kitchen and live salt water tanks, making it perfect for both business dinners and special celebrations. The space features full AV capabilities, a private elevator entrance, and can be equipped with a mobile bar. A variety of setups are offered and the lounge space just outside allows for additional flexibility.
The Main Dining Room at this restaurant features reclaimed wood floors, a 360° copper-top full bar, a Raw bar that overlooks the patio, Live Tanks and an open kitchen. Guests can take a tour during their event to see how the Culinary team creates the magic!
