The restaurant takes great pride in maintaining high standards that make their food so outstanding. They use only the very finest of ingredients, such as 93 score butter, pure 36% whipping cream, fresh grade AA eggs, hard wheat unbleached flour, and their own sourdough starter. All batters and sauces are made fresh in each restaurant’s kitchen, and juices are squeezed fresh daily on site.

The award-winning franchise was brought to Nevada by Stephan and Kim Freudenberger in 1995. They have opened multiple locations but still own and operate the Summerlin store. For over 25 years, they have happily served the Las Vegas community and continue to do so with great passion.

The restaurant's signature dishes include their world-famous Apple Pancake dripping with Cinnamon Glaze, the German Pancake, the Dutch Baby, and the Dutch Garden. They also serve 18 types of Pancakes from their secret recipes created in 1953. Their omelettes are made with four whipped eggs, rolled in a skillet and then oven baked for approximately 18 minutes. They also offer gourmet crepes, classic eggs benedict, and in-house specialty corn beef hash.

Aside from their breakfast offerings, the restaurant also serves a variety of lunch options. They offer salads made with the freshest lettuce and vegetables, hot and cold sandwiches served with your choice of French fries or German style potatoes, and juicy, half-pound burgers made from top quality ground sirloin. They also squeeze their orange and grapefruit juice on site daily, providing you with the freshest glass of pure juice.
