The museum operates at different hours depending on the time of year. From May to August, it is open from 4 p.m. to midnight. From September to October, the museum is open from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. It is highly recommended to purchase tickets in advance due to frequent sell-out nights.

The show is included in the night ticket, which also includes admission to the museum, a 45-minute guided tour of the Museum's Neon Boneyard, and an all-encompassing tour of the Museum's on-campus collection.

The ticket prices vary depending on the type of admission and the visitor's status. For the full glow experience, which includes museum admission, a guided tour, and the Brilliant! Jackpot, the prices are as follows: Members enter for free, Adults pay $45, NV Residents, Seniors, Military personnel, and Students pay $40, Youth aged 7-17 pay $22.50, and Children 6 & under enter for free. The Illuminating Las Vegas tour is a 45-minute guided tour that shines a spotlight on new stories in the Neon Boneyard. In the evening, visitors can choose from two 45-minute guided tours: History. Brought to Light. The Stories of Las Vegas Past and Present, and Viva Las Vegas Movies! Exploring Las Vegas' Presence on The Big Screen. The first tour explores Las Vegas’ history from its humble beginnings as a railroad stop through the troubled history of the Mob and segregation, to its present-day reign as “The Entertainment Capital of the World.” The second tour, available from February 1, 2024, invites film enthusiasts and city explorers to delve into the iconic backdrops and neon-lit landscapes that have graced the silver screen.
