There are several ways to contribute to the welfare of the animals. One can volunteer as they are involved in nearly every aspect of operations. Additionally, one can help provide enough revenue each month to cover the cost of feeding all these abused animals. There are also programs like Smith’s Inspired Donations Program that help nonprofit organizations earn money.

This location produces and sells eggs, fruit, vegetables, and local honey. The eggs are fresh from various breeds and ages of chickens. The honey is raw and local, from bee hives right on the location. All these products are available for purchase.

The location is open year-round on Saturday and Sunday, 9 am to 4 pm. There is no charge to shop the market. If you’d like to visit the animals, the entrance fee is $10 for guests 13+ and $5 for guests 12 and under. Infants are not charged. For the animals' health and safety, no food or drink besides water is allowed in the animal areas.

One of the special events held at this location is the Annual FARM FALL HARVEST FESTIVAL. The festival activities include a cow train for toddlers, pony rides, an amazing maize maze, a concession stand, and more. Visitors will find a large selection of specialty pumpkins and squash, along with artisanal breads, jams/jellies, local honey, and fresh eggs.
