Chef Yoshi, originally from Kyoto, Japan, is the founder of this popular ramen restaurant. He migrated to Las Vegas, U.S. at the age of 21 and completed his studies in business marketing and hotel and restaurant management at the University of Illinois. The name of the restaurant, Ramen Sora, translates to Noodle Soup and Sky. This name reflects the founders' hope of bringing quality ramen that many people can enjoy, just like the vast and limitless sky.
The signature miso base of the ramen served in this restaurant is made with utmost care through a tedious yet rewarding process of slowly and thoroughly roasting miso.
