You have two options for picking up your order. You can either go into the store or use the curbside pickup service. If you choose to go into the store, please bring a copy of your order confirmation (either printed or on your mobile device) and a valid photo ID. You can pick up your order at Customer Service at the front of the store. If you prefer curbside pickup, locate and pull into the designated Curbside Pickup parking spots once you arrive at the store. Stay in your vehicle and call (702) 730-5200, then select option #5. An outfitter will come out with your order. Be prepared to state the make/model of your vehicle along with your order number. Please note that firearm orders are currently not available for curbside pickup at this location.
The store offers a wide range of products for outdoor activities. This includes fishing and hunting gear, equipment for hiking, backpacking, watersports, and fly fishing. They also have a great selection of women’s, men’s, and children’s apparel, as well as, outdoor, casual, and athletic footwear. In addition, they have a gifts department where you can find outdoor themed items, from bedding and housewares, to wind chimes and furniture. They also have a Tracker Boat and off-road sales team to help you find the perfect boat or off-road vehicle.
The store's interior is designed to transport you through time. The massive log and stone lobby is reminiscent of an 1800’s style Adirondack lodge, filled with wildlife, many of which are native to Nevada, hand-painted murals, and a massive fireplace constructed out of local sandstone. Once inside the store, you'll notice that 80% of the interior walls are covered by murals created by an exclusive team of artists and artisans. There are also incredible dioramas depicting animals in their natural habitat, a 40,000 gallon freshwater aquarium fed by a canyon waterfall, and a trout tank located by the fly shop. The floors even feature animal prints from mule deer, bighorn sheep, beaver, and ring-necked pheasants.
